RESERVATIONS
Basecamp Tahoe City is open for all reservations.
AMENITIES
The lobby, bar, sunroom, and hot tubs are available for guest use. The bar is available during lobby hours, and happy hour is from 5pm-7pm. Fire-pits are open and we sell s’more kits at the front desk.
CLEANING
We have increased the frequency of cleaning in high traffic areas. We use products specifically formulated to counter COVID-19.
Social distancing: Please respect others around you and maintain 6ft from anyone not in your immediate group. Hotel staff will social distance as well.
Barriers: temporary physical barriers in lobbies
While we will continue to recycle key cards, each key card is disinfected before recirculation.
In room disposable items will be removed whether used
or notNo stay-over cleaning in your room. Once your room has been cleaned and sanitized, our staff will not enter the room for the remainder of the stay unless it is for a maintenance issue or an emergency.
All staff will wear gloves and masks when working in every guest room
As always we will continue to use EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectants.
